Open Positions & What You’ll Do:
1. E-Commerce Store Manager (Online Operations)
- Oversee day-to-day operations for our U.S. e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)—optimize listings, manage inventory, and drive sales growth.
- Analyze traffic, conversion data, and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to launch promotions, handle product launches, and boost brand visibility online.
2. Retail Sales Associate (In-Store)
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to in-store customers—help them find the perfect products, answer questions, and process transactions.
- Maintain store appearance, restock merchandise, and share product benefits to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Build relationships with local customers and represent our brand’s quality and values in-person.
3. Product Designer & R&D Specialist
- Research U.S. market trends, customer needs, and industry innovations to design functional, on-trend products (furniture, home goods, fitness/pet gear).
- Collaborate with our manufacturing team to prototype, test, and refine products—ensuring they meet American safety standards and quality expectations.
- Turn creative ideas into tangible, customer-loved products that stand out in the market.
4. Customer Service Representative
- Assist U.S. customers via phone, email, and chat—resolve inquiries, address issues (returns, warranties, product questions), and ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer feedback and share insights with the product/operations teams to drive improvements.
- Provide empathetic, efficient support that makes customers feel valued and heard.
What We’re Looking For:
- E-Commerce Manager: 2+ years of U.S. e-commerce operations experience (Amazon/Shopify preferred), data-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Retail Sales: Friendly personality, customer service experience (retail preferred), and a passion for helping people.
- Product Designer/R&D: Experience in product design (relevant categories a plus), knowledge of U.S. product standards, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills (English fluent), patience, and a “customer-first” attitude—remote or in-office options available.
